Service Description

This high-intensity strength class targets Arms, Chest, Back, and Shoulders. You’ll work in “Push” and “Pull” exercises with Bodyweight and the TRX to maximize resistance, plus Weights and Machine work to round out the workout and engage the full body. Push and pull your way to cut arms, a strong back, and defined shoulders with this high-intensity workout. Remember, we max our classes at only 6 people so book now. *** Before Class: - Make sure you've had something to eat prior to arriving. - Bring a water/water bottle & towel. - You know your body best- always go at your own pace, stop if any movement is painful & let your instructor know so they can recommend trying something different. If you have been told by a medical professional not to exercise, we ask you to reschedule when your Dr. has cleared you. - Remember if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to the class to avoid being charged. - Please respect others by wearing a mask & sanitizing your hands when entering & if you are not feeling like your normal healthy self, please, for the safety of others, reschedule. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class and/or session. Reschedules or cancellations after that 24 hour window are subject to charge.  Any and all purchases including the sale of sessions, classes, and/or packages are final sale. Any and all purchases are non-transferable unless other agreed to by the parties.
